A cool feature in the May software release: Scheduled Filters. These are so handy for communication and decision-making because all of the sudden there is custom reporting available for all kinds of Tracks data that can be routed to email inboxes - recipients don't have to be working in the program. Scheduled Filter reports are available for most of the Tracks modules that support filtering for institution-wide data. Department managers can receive an email with dynamic data coming right out of Tracks. Content can arrive as a message or as a CSV file attachment, depending on how the recipient might want to use the data, and it can be configured to arrive on whatever schedule is helpful.
